Our Easy Return Policy
At Jeweldeal.co.uk, we make every effort to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the quality of our products and customer service. If in the rare circumstance you receive damaged or faulty goods from our company, please contact us at 0800 50 50 50, 10am - 7pm during the normal working days so that we may attempt to rectify the situation. If for any reason you would like to return the item(s) you purchased, you may do so using our Easy Return System.
Return Policy Stipulations
All returned goods must be shipped back to our company in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. We recommend the goods to be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover. Goods are deemed returned when signed for by an employee of Jeweldeal.co.uk. Returned goods will be fully credited, repaired, or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery or in the case of a manufacturing fault. Jeweldeal.co.uk reserves the right to refuse refunds or goods replacement in the event that we receive the returned goods in an obvious state of wear and tear or mistreatment by the original purchaser of said goods.
Please note: If you are applying for a refund for an item that was accompanied by a free promotional gift-with-purchase, you must return both the defective item and the free promotional gift in order to qualify for a refund. If you fail to return the free promotional gift along with the refundable item, Jeweldeal.co.uk reserves the right to charge you for the promotional item as well for P&P if applicable.
Refunds and replacements are arranged within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.
Cancellation
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive section of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has the right to cancel any purchase agreement within 7 days and receive a full refund. The only exception to this rule is 'customized' goods. Jeweldeal.co.uk deems 'customised' goods as any special orders placed - extreme ring sizes, custom made jewellery, initial pendants and similar items. As such, orders of these products cannot be cancelled under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 regulations.
If you'd like to return any goods purchased from Jeweldeal.co.uk, please refer to our Easy Return System to obtain instructions of how to send the goods back. To qualify for a full refund, the goods must be returned in an undamaged condition and in their original package within 14 days of the delivery.
All earrings are shipped from Jeweldeal.co.uk to the customer in a sealed, transparent plastic bag. For hygienic reasons, we do not honor refunds on any earring purchases where the customer has removed the earrings from their protective packaging. If you do return earrings, please ensure that the item has not been extracted from its sealed package to qualify for the guarantee.
P&P charges, where applicable, as well as any charges for resizing of rings to extreme sizes, any deposits made against a purchase, are non-refundable.
Rings of non-stock sizes (outside K-Q) are strictly non-refundable.
Jeweldeal.co.uk cannot guarantee a refund for goods received outside the stated 14 days period. All Refunds are made at Jeweldeal's own discretion.
Returned goods, which have been correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge depending on value of item(s) see prices below.
