How will I know that my order has gone through and payment was processed?

Expect to be notified by email once your order is placed. You will receive two emails updating you on the status of your order. One is a confirmation indicating that we have received your order. The second email indicates the date upon which your item has been dispatched.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

1. Next day special delivery requiring your signature.

JewelDeal.co.uk ships our jewelry orders by way of the Royal Mail's next day special delivery service. Because of the value of the items being shipped, we do require a signature upon receipt. Delivery to all UK addresses is free and every delivery is insured.

When can I expect my online jewellery order to arrive?

SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY: On average, our jewelry is delivered within 2 business days of placing your order. However, it may occasionally take a little longer to receive your jewelry order - for example, in the case of bespoke orders or resizing jobs. In such cases, expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 days of having been placed.
